TEAM MICHAEL ELLSE - CLEAN UP BUCKLANDS BEACH

Michael Ellse from

CALLING ALL BEACH LOVERS AND ECO WARRIORS

Join TEAM MICHAEL ELLSE for a clean-up of Bucklands Beach.

Plastic and rubbish on our beaches hurts more than just our eyes. Over 90 percent of seabirds have plastic in their stomachs. The plastic and rubbish also seep into the ocean, where fish eat it, thinking it’s food. A full 25% of fish sold in markets today have plastic in their systems, which then ends up in humans!

Come and make a difference with us, by spending JUST ONE HOUR picking up litter. We will provide you with disposable bags and gloves and lollipops, which will be sure to provide energy to our Eco Beach Warriors!

Following our clean up there will be a lolly scramble, so please stay around for that.

WHERE: Meet at the boardwalk on Bucklands Beach
WHEN: Sunday, 9th June, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE!
