Short Survey on Meditation
Hi everyone - since I've received mixed suggestions from friends, I thought to reach out for your suggestions. For a one-hour group meditation, what in your opinion would be your preferred timing. Weekdays? Weekends? Morning, Noon, Late afternoon or Evenings? I thank you all in advance for your feedback.

This is a very powerful meditation that was only reserved for inner disciples in ancient times. This meditation is important for the development of humankind as it’s a form of service to others and ourselves. The meditation is so simple and yet so powerful that within just few weeks or months of practice, it can produce miraculous results of self-healing. It works wonders for persons suffering from stress, anxiety, depression.
Through this meditation, you become a powerful source and a channel to bless the earth too. The world as we know it is in chaos and in dire need of our help. We will be doing a great service for the planet. This meditation is currently being practised daily in over 120 countries to help heal the earth and for “self spiritual shower”.
