We are a 100% New Zealand-owned company with over 20 years’ experience in the Self storage Industry. We are a family run operation, passionate about our customers, brand and people. We are looking for a like-minded person to join our Mt Roskill team working 18-24 hours per week across 3 days (including one weekend day).

Whether it’s working with customers or helping with the general tidiness and upkeep of the facility, you will be someone who is unafraid to roll your sleeves up and pitch in. Your main responsibility will be dealing with customer enquiries with a focus on sales over the phone, face to face and email. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated with experience working with a small team in the services and/or retail environment. Your daily tasks will include:

• Office duties: Responding to customer emails, loading contracts and filing
• Maintaining strong customer service standards
• Taking client payments
• Opening the facility
• Computer use
• Unit cleaning and general upkeep of the site

The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for building rapport with ease, enjoy converting an enquiry to a sale and above all, have a passion for delivering service excellence. Administration experience and industry knowledge is a bonus however it will be your friendly and energetic personality, sales mind and initiative that will get you noticed.

You must be physically fit and able, computer literate in Outlook and have an excellent command of English both written and verbal.
