Relief Car Yard Operator/Manager

U-Sell Park & Sell Yard - Hamilton requires Occasional On-Call Relief Car Yard Operator/Manager.
This role is on a casual basis so you will need to make yourself available for work with minimal notice. Work periods could be from a few hours (occasionally) to covering for the owners whilst on holiday (one to three weeks at a time).

U-Sell is a 7-day operation so flexibility and the ability to react to issues as they arise is essential. Weekend work will be required from time to time. No Public Holiday work.

To take on this role you will need to provide an exceptionally high level of service in all dealings with customers. This will include phone enquiries and visitors to the yard. You will need to receive and process all customer requests accurately and efficiently.

Sales
Customer Care
Answering phones
E-mail responses
Documentation completion
Cash handling
Light Cleaning
Yard security
Finance & Insurance Sales
Applicant requirements:

Confident and outgoing with an ability to quickly establish strong customer relationships
Demonstrate a high level of sales skill and adept in negotiation and conflict resolution
Knowledge of finance and/or insurance products an advantage
Computer literate (able to follow logical instructions and systems)
Caring anti-bias attitude
Eye for detail
Customer focussed
Must have a current full clean NZ Driver's License.

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment medical examination and pass a drug test.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
