Raw Manuka honey
I put up a message about the new delivery of honey about 10 days ago. Delivery was delayed but next Thursday, 14th I will deliver to Kohimarama. Meeting at the Madills farm car park as usual... nearest parking spot on the Baddeley ave side. I’ll be there from 10.30-12.30 . How does 9 days without your phone sound?
Hi Neighbours, I was lucky enough to spend 9 days recently training in mindfulness - no phone, no news, almost no talk - just paying attention to my experience, at a peaceful off-grid centre in the Coromandel.
It was pretty amazing, but I don't suggest you try that length at first, what about starting with an hour?
