My mobile notifications aren't working

If Neighbourly push notifications are not working on your smartphone, please check that your mobile notification settings are turned on.

If your push notifications are on and you're still not receiving mobile notifications:

  • Close out of Neighbourly App
  • Open up your iPhone/Android device SETTINGS
  • Find your notifications settings
  • Scroll down and click NEIGHBOURLY in the list that appears
  • Make sure the "Show in Notification Centre" is ON

If you're still not receiving push notificatons, even after making sure push notifications are turned on in both the Neighbourly App and your smartphone's settings, please contact us.
