Important information for Neighbourly members using a Vodafone email service

Vodafone has announced that the following email services will close on 30 November 2017

  • Clear.net.nz
  • Es.co.nz
  • ihug.co.nz
  • Paradise.net.nz
  • PConnect.co.nz
  • Quik.co.nz
  • Vodafone.co.nz
  • Vodafone.net.nz
  • Wave.co.nz

I use one of the above email addresses when signing in to Neighbourly. What do I need to do? 

To ensure you have no trouble accessing your Neighbourly account after 30 November 2017, you will need to update your email address on Neighbourly as soon as possible in your Neighbourly account settings

Can I still use my Vodafone email to sign in to Neighbourly? 

We strongly recommend updating your Neighbourly account with your alternative or new email address, which will become your new login email. 

You can continue to sign in to Neighbourly with your Vodafone email and Neighbourly password, however if you forget your Neighbourly password you will not be able to reset this unless you set up auto-forwarding with Vodafone before 30 November 2017. You will no longer be able to access your Neighbourly account if you cannot reset your password via an active email account.   

I don't have another email address. How do I create one? 

Vodafone recommends setting up a Gmail or Outlook.com email account. You can find instructions for setting up a new email account on the Vodafone website
