Important info for Neighbourly members using a Vodafone email service

Vodafone’s email services will permanently close on 21 August 2019, and auto-forwarding will no longer be available for the following email addresses:

  • Clear.net.nz
  • Es.co.nz
  • ihug.co.nz
  • Paradise.net.nz
  • PConnect.co.nz
  • Quik.co.nz
  • Vodafone.co.nz
  • Vodafone.net.nz
  • Wave.co.nz 

If you’re using one of these email addresses as your Neighbourly login, you will need to update this in your Account Settings to keep your access to Neighbourly. 

How do the Vodafone changes affect my Neighbourly account? 

Having an active email address is an important part of being a Neighbourly member. If you need to reset your password, or we need to contact you regarding account updates or let you know you’ve won a prize, we will use your email address to get in touch. If your Neighbourly account is linked to a Vodafone email address we will no longer be able to contact you. If you cannot use your email address to reset your Neighbourly password, we will not be able to retrieve your account. 

How do I update my email address? 

In your Account Settings, delete your email address from the email field and enter an alternative contact email, then click ‘Save’. Or feel free to contact us

I’ve tried updating my email address but am told it’s already in use?! 

Your preferred email address is probably already in our system. Please get in touch and we can sort this out for you!

I don't have another email address. How do I create one? 

Vodafone recommends setting up a Gmail or Outlook.com email account. Please visit the Vodafone website for more information.
