If you are expecting an email from Neighbourly and haven't received it within 5 minutes, it might have lost its way and ended up in your junk folder.
If you are an Xtra user you will experience delays with email notifications, particularly when trying to reset your Neighbourly password. Neighbourly sends these emails as soon as they are requested, however Xtra has some trouble receiving them on time - they may arrive in your inbox several hours later.
