Resetting or changing your password

Protecting your password is an important part of your safety on Neighbourly. If for any reason you decide you would like to change your password, please follow the instructions below:

  • Sign in to your account using your current password
  • Click on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner
  • Select SETTINGS
  • Click the ACCOUNT tab
  • Click the CHANGE PASSWORD link

If you have forgotten your password we can also help you get back up and running on Neighbourly:

  • Click on the blue FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the sign in page. You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to join Neighbourly
  • You will receive an email with a secure link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within five minutes, please check your junk/spam folder
  • Reset your password and sign in

You can also complete the password reset step using your mobile device:

  • Click on the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the sign in page of your Neighbourly app
  • Enter the email address associated with your Neighbourly account
  • Neighbourly will email you a secure link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within five minutes, please check your junk/spam folder
  • Reset your password
  • Open the Neighbourly app on your iPhone or Android device and sign in with your new password
