Members have joined Neighbourly to connect on a local level, and you'll notice you have the ability to share your events, updates and other news with Neighbourly members who live locally.
However we understand there are occasions when it would be useful for your organisation to have a wider reach on Neighbourly. Below are a few ways you can spread your messages a bit further:
Invite your volunteers to take an active role in engaging with their local community on behalf of your organisation. They can create an organisation profile where they are based, and start posting your messages in this area.
Take advantage of the Leads in your area. Neighbourly Leads have a national forum where they communicate with fellow Leads across the country. You can contact your local Lead and ask that they pass on your message to other Leads for a wider distribution. Discover who your local Leads are here: https://www.neighbourly.co.nz/neighbours/leads
Ask for help from organisations in your area that have a wider reach, such as your Local Council communications advisor, community house, Local MP, or Age Concern representative.
