How can we help you?

What are Groups and how do I create one?

Your neighbours could have similar interests to you and Groups are a great way to share this common ground. You can also use Groups to talk about important neighbourhood issues away from the main news feed.

Examples of Groups may be Neighbourhood Watch groups, street groups to connect with your immediate neighbours, sporting or animal interest groups, and social get together groups.

Please note: While groups do not need to be specifically relevant to your local community, they should be created with the intention of bringing people together in a productive and positive way. Groups should not be used to post conspiracy theories, misinformation or harmful content, and Neighbourly may remove a group if either its purpose or content does not contribute positively to NZ communities.
