How can we help you?

Sending an Urgent Alert

Urgent Alerts are designed to reach your fellow neighbours immediately via text message and email. While this is a free service, it is very important that all members respect this tool as it is reserved for times when information needs to be delivered in a time-sensitive manner. The Neighbourly team reserves the right not to send any urgent alert we deem inappropriate.

Examples of when Urgent Alerts should be sent include extreme weather warnings, natural disasters, missing people or a dangerous situation within your community.
