- A - Naturopathic Consultation Adult - 90 minutes
  A 90-minute face to face or online consultation preceded by a completed intake form with 3-day food diary. A holistic approach to improving your wellness, using muscle testing.
- B - Naturopathic Consultation Child 0-12 years old - up to 60 minutes
  This consult will take as long as it needs to be, usually between 45 mins and 1 hour. It is preceded by a completed intake form with 3-day food diary if relevant, and will contain muscle testing to match the best remedies to the child's wellness challenge.
- C - Naturopathic Consultation Short - 60 minutes
  This 60-minute consultation is for when you need something right now, and cannot wait to work with the full consultation process. We will use muscle testing to mix the best blend of remedies for your current situation. No intake form is required.
- A - Bowen Therapy First Session (use this for ages 2 and over) - 60 minutes
  Please use this option for your first appointment. Your confirmation email will contain a link to your intake form. Please complete this before your appointment. This initial session can take a little more than one hour.
- B - Bowen Therapy Child 0-2 years, First Session - 20 minutes
  This appointment is for newborns and babies. Please use this option for their first appointment. Your confirmation email will contain a link to their intake form. Please complete this before your appointment.
- C - Bowen Therapy Adult - 60 minutes
  Use this option for your follow up appointments . This appointment is a 60 minute session used after the initial session.
- D - Bowen Therapy child 0-2 years - 20 minutes
  Use this option for any follow up appointment for your baby. This appointment is a 20 minute session used after the initial session.
- E- Bowen Therapy Child 2-12 years old - 45 minutes
  Use this option for your child's follow up appointments . This appointment is a 45 minute session used after the initial session.
- F - Bowen Therapy Child 13-17 years old - 60 minutes
  Use this option for your follow up appointments . This appointment is a 60 minute session used after the initial session.
