Please note that wait times may increase if local urgent care clinics are closed.

We appreciate your patience.

Our family,
caring for yours 24/7.

In a medical emergency dial 111 and ask for an ambulance.

  • Urgent medical care

Our Urgent Care qualified Doctors specialise in sudden illnesses that are not life threatening but can’t wait until the next day, such as changes in your breathing or abdominal pain. We ensure that more seriously ill patients receive priority care.

  • Accident and injury treatment

If you’re injured in an accident, come and see our expert team at Shorecare. We specialise in minor injuries such as sprain, fractures, and wounds. We have x-ray and plastering facilities available, so fractures can be diagnosed quickly, and most simple fractures can be treated on site. We offer wound care and fracture management for all accidents if required.

  • 24/7 care

Shorecare Smales Farm is the only 24-hour urgent care clinic on the North Shore. We service the North Shore and Rodney area 24 hours, 7 days a week.
