Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator (receptionist) wanted for Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am to 12pm.

Role responsibilities can include:

  • Greeting and directing clients
  • Managing the waiting room and playroom
  • Monitoring public use of the kitchen facilities
  • Putting together baby bags
  • General basic reception duties
  • Holding babies!

Location: Blenheim Plunket rooms (16 Henry Street).

Age limit: 18+

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Available Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am to 12pm. Long-term commitment only please.
