Ingredients
Bones from 2 roast chickens
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1-2 carrots
2 sticks celery
½ red bell pepper
small bunch parsley
few spring thyme
salt & pepper
water
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a large stock pot and fill up with water.
Slowly bring to the boil.
Put on lid, turn heat to very low and simmer for 8-12 hours.
Strain broth through a sieve and store in either fridge or freezer until needed.
