Wellington City Council: Please alter the intersection of Willis Street and Vivian Street to have two lanes turning onto Vivian Street.

Currently, the intersection of Willis Street and Vivian Street has only a single lane turning onto Vivian Street (SH1) - whilst there are two lanes continuing straight on Willis Street. 

This intersection is a massive choke point, with cars unable to get around the corner - whilst the other two lanes (continuing straight on Willis) frequently remain empty.

I suspect the volume of traffic is in part due to the one-way system in the area - traffic coming from Brooklyn, Mt Cook, Aro Valley, Northland, Karori etc that wants to get onto SH1 or head south/east must go "around the block" - hence getting around this corner.
