SPCA's Rotorua Centre is a leader in animal welfare and we are committed to improving the lives of animals in our community. Our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to care for and protect animals across the Rotorua district, guided and inspired by our vision for the future.

If you have an animal welfare complaint or an animal emergency, please call our team on 07 349 2955 and choose the appropriate option. For animal emergencies our ambulance team will be on call 8.30am - 4pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). If you have an animal emergency outside of these hours, please contact your nearest after-hours vet clinic. For any problems with stray, found or lost dogs, please contact the local council. Please contact the local police for any instances where an animal or person/s welfare is at immediate risk.
