4ME Youth Power. Help guide youth to financial freedom. Future-proof your Whanau. NZ wide 400 career videos - Conspire to Inspire

Our Objective – To bring together families, employers, and education providers to build stronger more cohesive communities.  By helping all New Zealanders realise their dreams through the discovery of real employment and education opportunities.

Our Rational – We are a non-profit trust determined to help turn lives around.  We are the only people using the same technology the kids use to get them engaged in employment opportunities.

Our Proposal – We will visit schools and communities annually over the next three years, to give local kids and their families’ access to over 400 snap shots of employment, education and training.

How will it Work – 3 Vans presenting for 3 years covering all New Zealand through a minimum of 2 visits per area.  Visits include students from level 7 and above.  We make full use of social media.

WE SET UP IN 3 MINUTES BUT THE RESULTS CAN LAST A LIFETIME.

Who will benefit – The Programme is offered Free to all – Students, Families, Beneficiaries and Communities.

Our team

Malcolm Cameron (founder)
The Malcam Charitable Trust was founded in the belief that young people “do make a difference” and that long lasting growth and change can and will occur through positive learning and developmental experiences.  Drawing on his experiences in management and the running of employment programmes, unemployed at 49 years of age, Malcolm decided to do it his way and design and run his own programmes.  He relished the opportunity to connect young people with their dreams.

The adventure was driven by Malcolm’s need to be constantly challenged, and supported by a total family commitment.  It has been a story of passion and belief and just doing it.  A high percentage of the young people attending our courses have no positive role models in their lives and this background often sees them adopting an “at risk” lifestyle.  Added to this their environment makes it difficult if not impossible to lead a normal life that includes engaging in meaningful training education or employment.  Our youth come from all levels of society have a wide range of skills and abilities often unknown to themselves but all are potential employees and prosper on our programmes designed to broaden their horizons through a diverse range of Education, Challenging Recreation and Community Work.

It is often said that youth are our future we believe they are the present “The Now”.
