The auction for 8 Drake Place will be brought forward to Friday 28th February at 12pm held in our office Suite D 93 Ardmore Street Wanaka.
There has been a preauction offer presented to the owners that is at a level that they will accept. This offer will become the opening bid at auction and anyone that would like to take part can then bid on top of that offer like a normal auction. The price of the preauction offer will remain confidential until the auction has commenced.
