 The team here at The Difference have been working throughout the lockdown and we are adapting as required to the changes in Levels. We previously had adopted online systems and digital services to enable us to continue working from isolation and through the changing levels during these times. It is reassuring to see that there is still activity in the market and, we have seen a good interest in property appraisals as we suspect owners have had time to consider their situations now and long term, and where they want to be in the future. The outlook looks really positive with spring already here, summer ahead, and the pent-up demand that has been stalled by this lockdown, so we expect a very active and positive market leading up to Christmas.

The Cancer Society Daffodil Day are still needing donations and we will arrange our fundraising sausage sizzle once the levels allow and we are still running our raffle so feel free to contact one of the team to secure your tickets and support a great organisation.
Our Big Little Local event will go ahead and we will advise a new date as soon as possible. This will be an awesome day showcasing our local small businesses, with plenty of prizes and giveaways so watch this space!

Kaukapakapa Village Market
Held on the 3rd Sunday of every month all year round, this village market has something for everyone, and is becoming well-known for its friendly people, great atmosphere and quality hand-made crafts! Plus a great opportunity to grab a bargain. Inside and outside stalls selling locally-produced hand crafts and outdoor furniture, fresh produce, pastries and cakes, locally-grown plants and seedlings, health products, natural skin care, cosmetics, gifts, jewellery, hand made soaps, collectables and bric-a-brac, books, sausage sizzle and raffles. Plus live music from a selection of local musicians New stall-holders are joining us each month, so there is always something fresh to experience. Eftpos cash out available.
Coatesville Farmers Market
First Sunday of the month. 10-2 Always on, rain, hail or shine, all year round. Music /child friendly /dogs ok / NO eftpos, (its like the olden days please bring cash.). There are some stall holders who will give you cash out, but be prepared and bring some with you.

The Kumeu Market is every 3rd Sunday of the Month (Except for April (22nd) and December (9th). This market with a difference is located on a tranquil farm setting – the Kumeu Showgrounds. Free parking for all visitors. Great food, baking and home-made NZ crafts. Stall holders are of the finest! Amazing music from some of the top buskers in Auckland, Child Friendly – pony rides and much more! Come Rain or Shine, the market goes ahead. All our stallholders are undercover – all 120 of them! Set-up times for stall holders is from 7am on wards – market starts at 9am – 2pm. If you forgot to get cash, no problem, we have Cash Out available on site.
