Motorists who travel along State Highway 2 this evening may experience slight delays.
Road works are planned on the Wairoa River Bridge, between Taniwha Place and Te Puna Station Road.
The NZTA say night works will only be carried out on Monday September 23 and Tuesday September 24.
'Work will occur between 7pm and 5am each night.
'Stop/Go will be in place.
'Both lanes will be available between 5am to 7pm.”
