Home Renovations

On the back of Habitat’s significant capacity and skills, we are now offering a home renovation and repair service to the public.

All general building works* will be considered. Work is quoted by Habitat and carried out to a high standard by our builders and trusted trade partners. Renovating with Habitat is a way for you to invest in upgrading or repairing your own home for social good – all profit goes towards helping build strength, stability and independance through shelter.

*Works limited to those not requiring building consent.

Book your free consultation and our experienced team will come out to your home and discuss your requirements from maintenance to home repairs and renovations.

After the home visit we will then provide you with a detailed quote for works required.

Once the job as been agreed, our team will be in touch for a deposit and then schedule a suitable time to undertake the work. Typically, we can complete standard renovations within two weeks.

Curtains

Full length, double lined curtains keep a home warm and make it easier to heat. Habitat has a range of quality readymade curtains available at affordable prices and provide a full curtain measure and installation service on request.

Our ready to hang selection gives you an easy and affordable way to add a fresh new look to your home while helping to keep your loved ones warm.

We have a range of sizes available from our smallest (a width of 110-150cm and drop of 160cm) to our largest (a width of 330-430cm and a drop of 250cm).

These full length, double lined curtain range from $50 to $170 per pair curtains, making them an affordable choice.

The pencil pleat style is easy to gather and allows you adjust the curtain to fit the size of your curtain rail. The three curtain hook pocket also allows you to adjust the height.

The separate lining means air is trapped between the lining and curtain, keep your home warm and making it easier to heat.
