Our Shops

Our Te Omanga Hospice shops are based in Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Petone, Wainuiomata and online. Whether you donate to us, or buy from us, you are supporting the hospice to help us generate funds that enable us to provide free palliative care in our community.

We are able to collect goods, and for a small fee we can also deliver your larger purchases.

We would love your quality goods and accept the following:

  • Estate lots
  • Clean clothing
  • Bric-a-brac
  • Furniture
  • Jewellery
  • Art
  • Toys in good condition
  • Some electrical and whiteware goods in working condition.
    A qualified electrician tests all our electrical goods before going on sale.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept:

  • Wire-wove beds and kapok mattresses
  • Stained/torn mattresses and bases
  • Second-hand paint or chemicals
  • Rusting items
  • Gas bottles
  • Chipped bric-a-brac
  • Underwear

Most of our hospice shops have parking right at the door.
