For money transactions of any value, you need to first register with Relianz as a customer. You can fill in your personal information below then visit any of our six branches in Auckland with required documentations to on-board or book an appointment for us to visit you (one-time process).
Proof of Identifications
A passport

A NZ Driver License plus a statement issued by a registered bank in the last 12 months
or
A NZ Driver License plus a bank card showing your name and signature
Proof of Address
A recent account statement from your bank

A recent statement issued by a government agency (eg: IRD)
