A little about me

Welcome to my culinary journey! Raised in Burgundy and Provence, I honed my skills from a young age in family restaurants and graduated at the Paul Augier culinary school in Nice. My love for cuisine led me on an incredible adventure through 5* hotels and Relais & Chateaux restaurants on the French Riviera.

As a private chef, I have had the privilege of serving discerning palates on luxury yachts and creating exclusive dining experiences for VIPs, corporations and families in France, the US, and New Zealand.
