The Panmure sign is an iconic and very special and important landmark for our people especially to those with connections to Eastside Auckland, it is our taonga.  People of all ages and generations are connected to our sign.  It brings back treasured memories of our homes, our family members, and friends, a lot that have passed on.  For some of us, the sign is all we have to remember the important times in our lives.  The sign is important to thousands of us.  It is sad that the sign is laying outside wasting away exposed to the elements, it is not even covered.  We want our sign saved and taken care of and we are willing to help in anyway possible.  Please support us and sign our petition and please share to all of your contacts to sign.  Thank you all and have a happy and safe new year.
