There is still a backlog of devices being made and adjusted. Turn around time is still 6-8 weeks. Availability of appointments has improved, with appointments available the week of, though priority is still being given to current and old customers. Chloe is working on, and delivering, current devices in the queue.
New appointments made will be delivered approximately mid/late May.
Vaccine Passes are no longer required for appointments held at the Stokes Valley office or for house calls. If you are visiting the Stokes Valley office, QR codes remain inside the office for you to sign in. Booking an appointment in continues to be an essential part of our contact tracing and safety measures for both in-office and home visits.
