If your double hung windows won't stay up or open you might need the sash cord replaced. The window frame trim (beading) needs to be removed and the window lifted out to enable access to the rope, weights and pulley. We will then replace the cord, make required adjustments to the weights, lubricate the pulley and stiles.
We also fit or replace window hardware such as handles and security locks, stays/hinges and can ease stuck windows or doors
