HOBBITON - be among the first to go 'BEYOND THE DOOR" and venture into a humble home of a typical Hobbit family on Bagshot Row (opens 01 December, 2023) as part of the 2.5 hour Hobbiton tour. Venture through the entry hall and see the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and pantry and a crackling fireplace to make you feel at home. HOBBITON SILVER TOUR - a small group tour by people mover or mini bus including Matamata Gatehouse for a photo opportunity with Gollum's statue and a 2.5 hour tour of Hobbiton, plus Lake Karapiro.
