Full time or part time is available. Great remuneration based on skills.

We are a small friendly team, and seek two part time receptionists. Obviously General practice/Medtech experience is great but also willing to consider those eager to develop some skills as long as you're a quick learner and great with IT. Currently needing Mondays mornings, all day tuesday and wednesday mornings. Flexibility to work all day or shifts depending on the team balance.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST Part Time

Terrific Cornerstone-accredited general practice with 6 part-time doctors in Mission Bay, seeks two part-time medical receptionists.

Joining a great and experienced team, this role focuses on providing

Exceptional reception and customer care, accurate and efficient appointment bookings to deliver a smooth and efficient process for patients.
Be able to work flexible hours, as all colleagues are part time, so team consideration and cover is essential.
Communication, whether over the phone, online or in person and you enjoy helping others ensuring patients receive the service they deserve.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

 A proactive and flexible attitude

 Experience in a similar setting.

 Excellent people and communication skills.

 Have advanced computer skills.

 Medtech 32 experience will be highly regarded.

 Have strong organisational and time management skills.

 You have the ability to read and judge a situation should patients be stressed or anxious, bringing a calming and competent approach to the role.

 You have high attention to detail, present professionally and have the ability to multitask well. You have strong admin/accounts/reception experience.

We currently have six GPs covering three FTE and need another 6-8/10 consulting time per week (exact amount negotiable) … View moreMission Bay Doctors is a friendly, centrally located practice in Marau crescent in Mission Bay and we require one or two permanent General Practitioners to join our team.

We currently have six GPs covering three FTE and need another 6-8/10 consulting time per week (exact amount negotiable) which could be filled by either one or two additional doctors. The main sessions available are on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, although we remain flexible for the right applicant(s).

Mission Bay Doctors is a wonderful Cornerstone Accreditation supportive practive.
