I produce cost-effective, legally correct applications for PROBATE of a will, or LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION if there is no will (or no executor).
Unlike 30-40% of applications filed by other lawyers, mine are almost always accepted by the High Court the first time they are submitted, even though my clients do the 'secretarial' work themselves.
I now also provide a parallel document-creation service direct to other lawyers, so executors can stay with the lawyer who holds the will while still benefiting from the automated system I use.
