Natural Therapy
I work with people seeking to address physical, mental, emotional, behavioural challenges holistically by getting to the real source of the issue. When we are experiencing pain, discomfort or dysfunction on any level it is a personal message that we have healing work to do. My goal is to show and teach people that their own answers to their own healing and fulfilment lie within. My role is to help people recognize, understand and experience the truth of this so they can reconnect with their inner knowing, personal power and confidence to look first to themselves and trust that the answers that are best for them are there. I work intuitively using a range of tools including Reiki (energy healing) NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming works at the subconscious level), Tapping (works at the physiological level) among others.
