About Bright Wellbeing (Counselling & Coaching)

Holistic practice drawing on traditional counselling and coaching modalities. These include narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational and goal setting theories and positive psychology. I use these approaches to empower my clients and my practice is strongly grounded in spirituality and energy psychology. Nourishment and healing are facilitated through energy-integration, visualisation, inner-child work and re-parenting, support in recovering a sense of self, resilience building, breath-work and mindfulness practice.
